• 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts, plus some for garnish
  • 1 9-in graham cracker crust

Beat sugar and cream cheese till well mixed and then mix in whipped cream and the nuts last. Put mixture into the pie shell and leave in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. Top with additional nuts.
